Booking Speaking Engagements

Organizations requesting speaking engagements agree to the following:

  • Speaking engagements are confirmed only after a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received.
  • Event details, including date, location, audience size, presentation topic, audiovisual needs, and schedule, must be finalized prior to the event.
  • Travel expenses, lodging, parking, meals, and other approved expenses may be billed separately unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  • Full payment is due according to the payment terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
  • Any additional services requested after the agreement is executed may result in additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a client cancels:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Cancellations within thirty (30) days of the scheduled event may be subject to additional fees.
  • Events postponed due to emergencies or circumstances beyond either party’s control will be rescheduled whenever reasonably possible.
  • Tech-N-Culture reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Merchandise Sales

All merchandise purchases are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product offerings without notice.
  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Refuse or cancel orders when necessary.
  • Limit quantities purchased.

Product colors, sizes, and images displayed online may vary slightly from the actual product.

Returns and Exchanges
